Dataset description
Forest owner or his representative must fill a forest use declaration of commercial felling or harvesting atleast 10 days before the beginning of the planned felling. Declaration is valid for three years. Forest use declaration doesn't oblige to carry out a felling, which means that fellings can be left partially or wholly unrealised. Declaration author is responsible for the validity of information. There can be overlaps in the information inside the dataset, for example because multiple forest use declarations have been made for the same geographic area. The newer declaration is valid as the most recent. Newer declaration could have been also made to inform about felling type change, for example from thinning to regenerational felling or vice versa. Newer declaration can also apply to only part of the earlier declarations area.
